I offer whole body, deeply intuitive bodywork and energy work. I incorporate massage, stretching, rocking, gentle pulling and pushing of limbs and laying on of hands energy sensing. I let my intuition guide my hands where to go. Sometimes I apply deep pressure to muscles and pressure points. Sometimes I work more subtly, placing my hands over or under the body while applying light touch.  I am sensitive to energy movement and it is my experience that the more we can “give room” or “make space”  for healing to occur then it will.  From this allowing place people experience physical and emotional release, in-sites may be revealed, relaxation occurs and often a deepened sense of freedom and peace.  This healing can be graceful and fluid; it can also be transformational and deeply moving.  I have trained in Zen Shiatsu, Reiki, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Jin Shin Do~Body Mind Acupressure, Dance as Healing and Body-Mind-Centering. I am naturally intuitive and take good care of myself to keep strong in my intuition.  I will use oil for the massage. Underwear is kept on and or acupressure the clothing is left on.
